Windows and Tea Parties..oh my

Today Ceilo is hosting an Enchanting Windows Party that I said I would participate in.

And then Jan of Jan and Tom's Place is hosting a Tea Party. So I have a bit of everything on

all of my blogs. http://www.oneshabbyoldhouse.blogspot.com/ will show you some of my favorite Eufaula windows. So if you like Victorian homes you will love Highland View. So please take a look.

The picture of the window above is in our upstairs guest room We are Lace and Lures and my husband, a Fishing Captain includes this room with his fishing guide work package. We specialize in Romantic Fishing Getaways. For the hubby that like to fish and the bride that wants a romantic getaway. The perfect vacation package for you both. You may view the room at http://www.roselakecottage.blogspot.com/.

ON TO THE TEA PARTY....

This is my daughter Natalie. She was born right in the middle of a boy world. Her little brother Nick was my busy baby and she was turning 3 when he arrived. I failed to do so many little girl things with her. Like having a tea party. So one evening she was on her way over for supper break from Publix. Notice the darling uniform. I surprised her with a tea party. The house was void all boys and she and I shared the tea party she never got while growing up. We even played dress up. I can't make her little again and go back although I can't tell you how many times I have wished that. But I can tell you young mothers out there not to make my mistake.

Take time with that little girl! Plan it today or tomorrow or next week. But don't let time slip by without this wonderful experience. You can't get that time back and you will never have regrets.

PS...she is going to kill me for posting this picture. But I think she is beautiful!

Thanks for visiting my tea party. Yes, it's a good thing for a diet when the sweets are only on the internet! :)

HI Becky,
Thanks for the sweet comments you've made over the past several days and thanks for the tag. I've had a crazy week and it is still going so I'll post my seven things Friday morning. I hope you have a blessed rest of the weekend.
Oh your daughter is darling! She may be mad, but you can tell her that everyone said she was a doll. It may lessen the anger :).
God bless,
