Lately I have been finding little momentos of his childhood.
The other day I found the cute little clay handprint.
And today I found the Mother's day card he had made. Those little handprints were everywhere believe me. He was a very active child. Today I just kiss them and wish the real handprints were here.
But this contract was the cutest thing that I found. We keep it in the piano bench.
I wanted him to play a musical instrument and so the deal was he would if he could have a gold fish. lol
Being a wise mother and knowing the history of our previous gold fish I added the second page of the contract. The flute didn't last long and the gold fish did die so fishing and baseball became his passions. His childhood memories will always be mine.
These Friday favorites were brought to you today because of Deborah. She is the host today of Friday Family Favorite Fotos. Thank you for joining me and please go tell everyone hi.

Ah, Becky. This is so sweet. We sure do love our children, don't we?!
That is such a great memory! I love that story.
Becky, your post reminds me of how this past week I've been going through photos looking for certain ones and I keep coming upon very young ones of my Austin which just bring up memories of his very young boyhood. He's not an adult yet but I know he will be before I know it.
That goldfish/flute contract is just to precious for words.
Oh my gosh Becky that is so funny, I love the contract and the second page is hilarious!! I still need some contracts and Dylan is 14 almost 15!!LOL.

How absolutley perfect. My Mom said my letters begging for a puppy EVERY Christmas. My boys get a kick out of seeing them.
So precious! I have my son's handprint on the bedside table and look at that little hand everyday.
I've been going through a lot of old photos and missing my children being so little. I'm so glad that I have the memories to go with the photos. It's so nice of Deborah to host this Friday event.
take care,
Dawn

Hi Becky,
You came by my place and left a comment. I don't think we are related. My husband's family are all from Kentucky. His mother and father's names are Gertrude and Hobart. But that would be nice if we were and to find each other of all places on a blog! Thanks for stopping by. Take Care!!

P.S. If you stop by my place today I'll post a picture of my hubby's parents. Just click on Sherrie's Stuff.

Becky,
That contract is just too cute! It made me smile. I have two almost grown sons and the time does just fly. They are both thinking about the military. I know you are so proud of your son!
Blessings,
Selia
