Been messing in my garage

I have had this plan for over 2 years now. Yes, I am a serious procrastinator! Anyway, I always wanted to host a warehouse sale just like the Junk Warehouse girls do. The good Lord knows how many things I held on to when we closed our shop in Dunedin to start the remodel of our Victorian in Eufaula. I kept telling myself," Self, you can use this." It will look fabulous in Eufaula. And so I held on until my garage was flowing over, knowing all the while I had a great shop in the mess. Knowing too, that should anything happen to me my children would be charged with setting a fire. Natalie often said she would just open the door and throw in a match.

Does any other shop keeper have this problem? How about any collectors out there?

For the last several days I have been painting and decorating my garage. My neighbors are cracking me up. I really don't think they have ever walked their dog or power walked this much in one week's time ever. They are not fooling me. They want to know what I am up to. lol

So here it is...

The unveiling of my garage. See anything you can't live without?

Becky, you have some beautiful temptations there. I live just up the road about 60 miles. This could be dangerous. LOL

The shop you showed in a previous post is just beautiful. I can see why you like to visit often. I'd love to know where this is.

Wow now that is the kind if garage I want! It doesn't even look like a garage it looks like an antique store. I wish I lived closer!

Thank you all for such kind words about my garage.
I am new to this blogging world but I feel like I have already connected with some wonderful kindred spirits. I am amazed by your talents as well. Please feel free to e-mail me and perhaps we will become great friends.

Well...Becky, I said it the other day and I will say it again...you are a girl after my own heart! LOL! You owned an antique store...oh how wonderful...that's what Robert and I would love to do later on when he retires from his job in about 12 years. For now we just take our stuff to the flea market about 3 to 4 times a year...it's alot of work, but so fun too. We have got bins and bins of stuff out in our storage room. It looks organized but nothing like your gorgeous garage...You are good girl! I think having a store would be so much fun!! I see you have a beautiful shabby chic motor home too! When my husband retires in 12 more years, if God willing we would love to get a 5th wheel to do some traveling in.... I love your shabby chic motor home...you are something you know that?! So talented!

Queenie!
